Privacy policy

We respect user privacy. The presentation does not contain forms, user accounts or analytics tools, and does not collect personal data from visitors.

1. Nature of the website

The dana.polfirms.com website is an independent informational presentation within the POLFIRMS network. It is not the official website or store of DANA Collection.

The presentation is designed, published and technically maintained by AKTRU sp. z o.o.. Contact regarding the website is possible via aktru.pl.

2. No active data collection

We do not use the following in the presentation:

  • contact or registration forms,
  • user accounts and newsletters,
  • Google Analytics 4 or other analytics systems,
  • advertising, remarketing or profiling tools,
  • analytics and marketing cookies.

The presentation does not conduct sales. Purchases and contact with the company take place after navigating to the official DANA Collection websites.

3. Server technical logs

When a page is opened, the server or hosting provider may automatically record basic technical data, such as IP address, date and time of connection, requested resource address, browser type and server response code.

This data may be used solely to ensure security, proper website operation and error diagnosis. It is not used for profiling or marketing purposes and is stored only for as long as necessary to achieve these purposes.

4. Cookies

In its current version, the presentation does not use its own cookies for analytics, advertising, profiling or storing user preferences.

5. Links and external resources

The presentation contains links to the official DANA Collection website and store, social media and the AKTRU website. After navigating to an external website, its own privacy policy applies.

If the page loads technical files, such as fonts, from an external server, the provider of that resource may receive basic connection data, including IP address and browser information. This data is not used by the presentation operator for analytics or advertising.

6. User rights

To the extent that technical data could be considered personal data, the user may exercise rights under the GDPR, in particular the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and the right to object.

The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

7. Policy changes

This policy may be updated if the way the presentation works or the scope of technologies used changes.
